After careful consideration of WRI regional rankings and funding source priorities, WRI announces the list of partial and fully funded projects for state fiscal year 2018. WRI was able to find funding this year for nearly 100 of the 131 projects submitted. Nearly 18.5 million dollars in funding through WRI will be matched with another 10 million in other partner funds and over 6 million of in-kind donations. WRI anticipates another infusion of funds after we close out the current fiscal year. This should allow us to bring some partially funded projects up to full funding status as well as find funding for currently unfunded projects.
