Central Region WRI Team,

1)       Welcome and Introductions

2)       Special Recognition – By Clint Wirick

3)       Quick Tour recap and thanks

4)       WRI leadership

1. latest news on proposals and ranking timelines, processes, funding updates, completion reports, and everything else WRI high level stuff.

5)       Elect a new Vice Chair for 2026 behind Rose Smith as she moves to Chair, and ya’ll get rid of me.

1. Please be willing to serve. It’s actually a good time and not all that stressful.
2. My motto is if you take, you should be willing to give.

6)       Ranking Committee

1. Finalize ranking members
2. Encourage people to participate, best way to make a difference, get to know others, network, and learn about the process and what goes into a good proposal.

4. Ranking committee – set meeting date based on due date for scores
